The Dual Pinch Valves all consist of a tough, but flexible full bore sleeve, which forms part of the pipeline. The core of the Dual Pinch Valve is the sleeve – this sleeve is reinforced with high-strength fabric.
What Makes the Pinch Valve Unique?
With the heart of the valve being the Sleeve, the valve is suited for on / off applications as well as control sutiations. The sleeve is manufactured in a variety of materials, dependant on the medium flow or application. The sleeve can also be urethane lined to increase the longevity of the sleeve when in high abrasive applications.
What Pressure Can the Pinch Valves Take?

On the Open Body Range we manufacture the valve and sleeve to safe pressure handling of 40 Bar, on the Enclosed body range we manufacture the valve to a safe handling pressure of 60 Bar.

The elastomer sleeve can be manufactured from a variety of materials. Gum Rubber, Red Rubber, Polyurethane, Butyl, Neoprene, EPDM, Chlorobutyl, Vitron and Hypalon. All dependant on customer request and valve application.

DPVE - Dual Pinch Valve Enclosed
The enclosed valve protects the sleeve.
DPVO - Dual Pinch Valve Open Type
The DPVO has an easily replaceable, flexible rubber sleeve.
DSPV - Dual Single Pinch Valve
The DSPV has a double-ended enclosed body with easily replaceable, flexible rubber sleeves.
DSTPV - Dual Straight Through Pinch Valve
The valves are suited for on/off and throttling control applications involving slurries, powders, liquids and granulated materials.
DPPV - Dual Pneumatic Pinch Valve
Actuated by means of air or Hydraulic Fluid, the valve body acts as an Actuator.
DPPV-L - Dual Pneumatic Pinch Valve Large
Similar to the DPPV the DPPV-L can range from 400mm-2100mm.
DLPOPV - Dual Low Pressure Open Frame Pinch Valve
The valve consists of a tough, but flexible full bore sleeve, which forms part of the pipeline.

Sandblast & Paint Spec
We use shot-blast, 2.5 grit on all Dual valves and a 2 stage Epoxy coat to ensure the best quality and longevity on site.
